Brothers Jackson and Jamieson Fregeau started Quandri in 2020 after noticing something obvious that nobody had fixed: most brokerage work is high-volume, rules-driven, and consuming the time of people hired to do something more valuable.
For a long time, the answer to growth was hire more people. That increases throughput. It doesn't change the structure of the work.
When AI became capable enough to actually execute, the founders saw a different path: freeing agents from repetitive, time-consuming tasks so they can focus on clients. That's what Quandri is.
Our team pairs technical depth with a genuine understanding of insurance operations. We've studied the workflows closely and spent a lot of time learning what account managers' days actually look like.
