Financial

We compensate our Quandronauts fairly and ensure our packages are competitive with the market. Employee compensation includes stock options, a Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP) and free financial advisory sessions.

Each employee at Quandri is allocated funds for learning and development every year. From certifications to bootcamps, Quandri is committed to helping you acquire the skills necessary to advance your career.

Social

Our hybrid working model increases collaboration. Vancouver-based Quandronauts are in our Gastown office three days a week, where we host three social events each month. We host one all-company gathering during the year along with regular virtual gatherings.

Wellness

Our comprehensive health benefits include an annual lifestyle spending account and mental health coverage. We offer four weeks paid time off and a Work From Anywhere program that allows staff to work from a remote location 60 days each calendar year.
